How Keiding, Inc. Designs and Tests Our Packaging

molded pulp packaging design and testing

At Keiding, Inc., quality and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. Our 4-step design and testing process allows us to create packaging that is protective and successful. Our process is efficient to ensure no time is wasted and your packaging is shipped quickly. View our 4-step process below to find out more information about the process.

1. Analysis

During the analysis process, we will need as much information about your product and its design as possible. Some things that help us complete this step successfully are drawings, files, and even the product. After a full analysis, we are able to determine the sustainability of Type 1 – Heavy Wall Molded pulp for your project.

2. Design

After heavily analyzing your product and all of its additional information, we begin to design the packaging. We discuss design concepts and begin to draw them out. When complete, they are presented, and changes are made as needed.

3. Prototyping

During the prototyping step, we create sample parts that are then evaluated, discussed, and tested. Changes may be made to these prototypes if needed, in which case new sample parts are manufactured and tested.

4. Tooling and Manufacturing

Our 3-D printing technology allows us to create accurate and quality packaging. Production parts are made using this advanced technology which are then shipped quickly after receiving the order.

We can’t wait to help you customize your molded pulp packaging at Keiding, Inc. This eco-friendly packaging option will save you time, money, space, and the environment, too! Make the switch to renewable molded pulp today. Call (414) 353-9790 to get a fast and free design now!
